Home Energy Certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RD 235\/2013, of April 5, which regulates the basic procedure for the certification of the energy efficiency of buildings.
The Energy Certification is a report with a certificate issued by a competent technician where the calculation of the CO2 emissions of the energy consumed by a home, building or commercial premises is established annually, and this certificate also proposes corrective measures to reduce said emissions. .
This Certificate is Mandatory when announcing, publicizing, selling or renting a real estate property, and the property is the one that must contract this service which comes from a European regulation that has been applied since 2007.
The property or its representative must submit said Energy Certificate to the regional administration for registration, and obtain the Energy Rating Label.
This certification is valid for 10 years.
The regulations penalize this abandonment of the obligation, with sanctions that can range from \u20ac3,000 in light sanctions, serious ones up to \u20ac15,000 and very serious ones up to \u20ac600,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does this certificate cost?<\/strong>
He Ministry of Finance and Public Administration<\/strong> has approved through the Official State Gazette, the fee rates for the issuance of Energy Efficiency Certificates<\/strong> that are carried out by the State Property Management Company SEGIPSA.
